Band of Outsiders x Sperry Rubber Boat Shoe Collection

Having already done a remarkable job of re-inventing the boat shoe with their previous releases with Sperry, Band of Outsiders once again push the envelope of the iconic boat shoe with a look into their Rubber Boat Shoe collection.
Given the composition of the shoes, they allow for some printed executions as we see styles such as the Walnut Desk Print, Notebook Composition Print and Painted Trompe-L’oeil Print.

Raf Simons x Dr. Martens 2009 Collection

With collaborations behind them, Raf Simons and Dr. Martens pair up again for another successful collaboration for this year. With a little more risk taken this time, creating a two color way low cut lace up shoe, and metallic color ways on offer in gold, pewter and copper, this season is looking exciting.
Working with the traditional 3-eye, Double Monk Strap, 8-eye and High Boot styles, Simons offers Dr. Martens’ iconic look a new spin with the introduction of the Zip, Strap and 3-eye Zipped styles. Set to be released any day now you can find them (possibly already) at Browns, Oki-ni, Dover Street Market and Selfridges.

Y-3 X MOMO - Hayworth Mid II

New York City-based MOMO is an artist of many trades– having just released his first book, 3AM-6AM, the man is now onto another release with Y-3. The two worked together on the Hayworth Mid II and the results are three pairs of simple yet colorful kicks with large bright color block graphics signature of MOMO’s work.

The solid color blocks overlap one another at certain points, creating an interesting gradient shade that adds an edge to an otherwise strict color formation. These shoes will be on showcase starting Sep 2 at Isetan and will be released during the highly anticipated global Fashion’s Night Out organized by Vogue. They will be available for purchase for about $448 on Sep 10 at the Y-3 flagship in the ever-trendy Shinjuku.

Release Date: September 10th (Thursday)

Nike Zoom Kobe IV - Lower Merion HS - Home

Back in February, we first got a look at the version inspired by Lower Merion High School, where Kobe played before taking on the NBA. The Lower Merion edition featured an away colorway with the team’s Aces logo placed on the heel.
Now, Lower Merion will be honored again, but this time around, it will be a home version that sports a white/metallic silver upper with red accents. Also of note, the Aces logo has been replaced by a Bulldogs logo, which for some reason, is the name of Lower Merion’s baseball team, even though the rest of their teams are all known as the Aces.
An exact release date is still not confirmed, but these are expected to drop alongside the home version of the Rice High School Zoom K0be IV. Via NT.
