Nike Zoom Kobe V – Charlotte Hornets – Detailed Images

The Nike Zoom Kobe V is pictured above in a colourway that evokes the classic Charlotte Hornets jerseys. Perhaps *the* ’90s uniform, the Hornets switched up their palette upon moving to New Orleans around the turn of the century.

SWEAR JOE 11 & 12

These aren’t for everybody. We don’t know too much about S***R’s (Swear) history, their manufacturing or their materials. We know that we like the idea of literally combining two into one, and that the contrasting color match works.

For whatever reason, I’ve been fascinated by hybrids ever since spotting Mihara Yasuhiro’s in Tokyo, and I’m not talking about the Puma collaborations. This two tone dark blue leather and light blue suede shoe dubbed the ‘Joe 11′ is otherwise pretty straight forward with a pure white rubber sole with a small dark blue inlet in the heel and dark blue stitching throughout. There also happens to be a neat boot version.

Available here.

Nike Zoom Kobe V (5) - Lakers Home Edition

A new colorway of the Nike Zoom Kobe V has been revealed and this pair should look great on Kobe Bryant and some of his teammates as they prepare for the second half of the 2009-10 NBA regular season. This colorway is being called the Lakers Home Edition and comes in White, Purple, and Maize. The upper consists of a shiny White material accented with hints of Purple and a Maize Swoosh.

Look for these to be available in the coming months, but if you can’t wait you can pick them up now at marqueesole.

PUMA “Urban Vistech Linen”

The Puma Urban Vistech sport a futuristic look with its linen upper that culminates in a floppy collar that bunches up around your ankle. The deceptive shoe looks like a high top upon first glance but its army green upper is definitely a low. The shoe sports fuchsia and yellow accents on the heel and detailing for a look that definitely isn’t for the faint of heart.

Asics Doubleclutch for Spring/Summer

Asics went avant garde for the next three Doubleclutch releases. Donning exotic-look materials and bright colors, all three shoes are sue to grab some looks.

The first pair utilizes white perforated leather all over. Pewter textured leather is used on the heel, ankle and tongue tab to add a little color to the most simple of the three colorways. The second dons bright yellow leather with black accents. Finally black leather is complimented with pink and snakeskin attributes. This silhouette uses two zippers on the heel portion, making for quick access without having to mess with the laces.
