Nike Zoom Kobe V “Make Sense” – Grey/Black/Aqua
Counter Kicks was the first to break images of the Nike Zoom Kobe V “Make Sense” back in October. Now we finally have a chance to take a look at some detailed images in a color scheme similar to that of the highly anticipated Nike Zoom Kobe V “Dark Knight”.
After the success of last years Zoom Kobe IV, Nike has decided to more immediately make a takedown model for this years Zoom Kobe V. In these great detailed shots of the Zoom Kobe V “Make Sense” we can see the extensive use of leathers and stitching as opposed to the flywire skins and heat bonded overlays in the regular Zoom Kobe V. The heel/forefoot Zoom Air units and heartbeat outsole design seem to be shared but this version uses Nike’s XDR (eXtra Durable Rubber) outsole for increased durability during those summertime outdoor runs. XDR is widely used in the Asian market by Nike.
