Images of Steve Nash’s special make-up Nike Hyperdunk Low were posted yesterday to the Twitter account of fellow Phoenix Suns teammate Jared Dudley (@JaredDudley619). The shoes feature the familiar Hyperdunk tooling and silhouette, but with a re-fitted upper created from manufacturing waste which Nike debuted with Nash last year on a Nike Zoom BB II Low shoe nicknamed the “Trash Talk”.
The material design is part of Nike’s Considered design standards which seek to reduce waste, use environmentally preferred materials, and create sustainable manufacturing processes that serve as an overall examination of the environmental impact of a product.
